Lionel Aeschlimann and Vincent Jeanneret, from the law firm Schellenberg Wittmer, have been appointed as Liquidators by the FINMA. Their tasks are mainly to protect the Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg, Geneva Branch creditors' rights and analyze the financial situation of the Geneva Branch.
